Weight Loss Journey
Thank you for stopping by your "weight loss journey."We all have goals we want to meet,most of us do not have enoug information to feel like we can start,this is why i built this blog.I will be uploading what you guy's want to learn and see. Growing up with type 1 diabetes and over weight was very difficult for me,especially trying to have a normal blood sugar.i was around 260lbs when i was diagnosed"not saying that was the reason at all" i had lost 20 lbs from my sugars being so high with out me knowing i had the diseas.So many times i would tell me self that i was going to lose weight and get in shape "yadayadayada" same old stuff we tell ourself's.We motivate ourself's for 3-5 days then we're back to our normal Habbits! Well Enough is enough! i failed so many times, but i never stopped, i would always get back up and try and try! Maybe you tried so many times and kept failing to reach your goal's thats fine get back up! i am now 193Lbs,if i wouldve quit then i wouldve never been here at all,i tell you this don't quit be patient if you fail its okay start again and again and again! they say practice makes perfect,practice this new lifestyle!!
